Terms and Conditions

By submitting a form, booking a service, or communicating with Premier Finish Works, a DBA of SnJ Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Premier Finish Works provides mobile vehicle detailing, appearance care, protection, and cosmetic services. Service outcomes depend on vehicle condition and selected service package and options. We set expectations clearly before work begins.

2. Appointments & Payments

Appointments may require a deposit.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Missed or late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Fragile or failing components

Defects that cannot be safely corrected

Cosmetic improvement does not imply perfection.

4. Communication Consent (Important)

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Premier Finish Works related to your inquiry or services requested, which may include phone calls, emails, or text messages.

You may opt-out of receiving emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in email communication. Or you can email "[email protected]" requesting to unsubscribe.

4.1 SMS Text Messaging:

4.1.1 You may opt-in to receive SMS text messages related to your inquiry and/or requested services. If you choose to opt in to receive SMS messages, communications may include:

- Responses and Information directly related to your inquiry

- Appointment confirmations and scheduling-related messages

- Service updates and post-service follow-ups

- Service satisfaction or quality-related messages.

4.1.2 You may additionally choose to opt-in to receive marketing and promotional text messages. If you opt-in, we may send occasional messages that include:
- Information about maintenance services or maintenance reminders

- Optional or add-on services

- Service recommendations based on prior interactions, or general updates related to our offerings.

4.1.2 You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP". Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4.1.4 Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.1.5 As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4.1.7 Opt-in to text messaging of any type is not required to receive services from Premier Finish Works.

We do not sell your contact information. We only share information with service providers as necessary to operate our business and communicate with you.

5. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
